Super Polynum™
is an insulation assembly consisting of a single strong Polyethylene bubble layer with a pure (99.4%) Aluminium Foil
backing on
both sides. Each Aluminium Foil layer is treated with a special High Resistance treatment promising product
durability and high resistance to humidity and corrosion. Super Polynum™ reflects 97.4% of radiant heat.
Exclusive Super Polynum™ Features :

Self Adhesive strip (upon order), providing :Completely leak proof, Minimal over lap required between sheets,
low alternative cost.
Virtually indestructible. They never collapse, compress or disintegrate over time (15 years warranty)

Super Sisalation® 480
Double Sided Foil. Scuff resistant surfaces. Flame Retardant, super tough product designed to withstand cyclonic.
When used for roofing applications, the product does not require wire mesh for support. The product has 150.% of
load strength of 1.25mm wire safety mesh with strands 50mm apart. Spread of Flame Index and Heat Evolved Index of
0. (This product is Class O Rated when tested in accordance to BS 476 requirements.)

Sisalation® 450 & 450
Perforated Double Sided Foil. Scuff resistant Surfaces. Flame Retardant barrier for duct, pipe cover and roofing
application. Also available in perforated form for internal duct lining and other sound dampening applications. Glass fibre
reinforcement 7mm grid. Heavy weight stiff laminate with spread of Flame Index and Heat Evolved Index of 0. (This
product is Class O Rated when tested in accordance to BS 476 requirements.)

Sisalation® 436
Double Sided Foil. Scuff resistant on one surface. Flame Retardant barrier for duct, pipe cover and roofing application.
Glass fibre reinforcement 13mm grid. Highly conformable medium weight laminate with spread of Flame Index and
Heat Evolved Index of 0. (This product is Class O Rated when tested in accordance to BS 476 requirements.)
PRODUCT APPLICATION--ROOF INSULATION

ACI SISALATION®
is usually installed over the rafters and under the roofing battens. It is effective as an insulation in this position and also act
as a sarking or moisture barrier. In the event of accidental damage to tiles & other roofs ACI Sisalation® can prevent
water penetration to the ceiling area, hence preventing costly damages.
ACI Super Sisalation® is the recommended product for installation over rafter which are up to 1.8 meter apart without the
need for metal safety mesh, which means lower installation costs.
ACI Sisalation®, when used together with building blanket under metal deck roofing, give an ideal combination of thermal
and acoustic insulation. ACI SIsaltion® is also excellent vapour barrier preventing condensation problems under roofs.
